How will my prints get to me safely?

Prints are mailed in a plastic sleeve with a chipboard backing, and sent in a rigid mailer! If there are any issues with your order when it arrives, please send an email to mon(@)chinesebornamerican(.)com with your order number.

Can I return my item?

For prints/stickers/zines, returns are accepted but cannot be refunded until the work is sent back undamaged. We will not be able to cover the return shipping of these items.

For apparel items (any print on demand items), we will unfortunately not be able to offer any returns. 

 

When are orders shipped out?

Orders are packed every Tuesday, unless it falls within one of the dates where we will not be working in office. You can check those 2025 dates here:

 

What if my order doesn’t make it to me?

If your order doesn’t make it to you, please send your order number and we will look more into it! I insure the packages and so if they are lost, I should be able to get back to you. 

Are you available for tabling at events?

Yes! I love tabling events. Please send me a message to mon(@)chinesebornamerican(.)com to coordinate.
