How will my prints get to me safely?

Prints are mailed in a plastic sleeve with a chipboard backing, and sent in a rigid mailer! If there are any issues with your order when it arrives, please send an email to mon(@)chinesebornamerican(.)com with your order number.

Can I return my item?

For prints/stickers/zines, returns are accepted but cannot be refunded until the work is sent back undamaged. We will not be able to cover the return shipping of these items. Unfortunately, we will not be able to receive or refund any returns for apparel, as they are print on demand.

When are orders shipped out?

Depending on the stock of the item, orders will be shipped out the following Thursday.

What if my order doesn’t make it to me?

If your order doesn’t make it to you, please send your order number and we will look more into it! I insure the packages and so if they are lost, I should be able to get back to you. 

Are you available for tabling at events?

Yes! I love tabling at events. Please send me a message to bymonyee@pm.me to coordinate.
